It's freezing here right now, so it's kind of hard to remember what it's like to be overheated whilst perusing antiques outdoors in the heat of summer. You seem to have kept your head and only purchased items that you're going to use. Love the little clutch! And your coffee can? Do you remember the joke, "Do you have Sir Walter Raleigh in a can? Well let him out! One of my Dad's favorites. Great finds and lots of eye candy at the fair. Thanks for sharing, Pam!

In reply to Ginger. That blanket sounds like the deal of the century! I made a huge mistake with a plaid one this year. I didn't follow my buy it when you see it rule and when I circled back to get it 1/2 and hour later someone had bought my blanket :)

I had a blast at there this year! Yes it was hot! And everyone seemed to get their early bird passes this year! I bought a different Christmas pillow that looked like feed sacks and, 5the SCORE of the day was a Hudson 4 pt blanket for only $90!! I also got a square picnic pie basket and an old poster advertising "dancing and legal beverages" at my favorite booth! I wanted to buy a pouch like yours for my iPad but the lines were crazy long!! Next year maybe

In reply to Heidi@TheMerryMagpieVintage. That is the first time I had seen one so I had to google it when I got home. It is called a Car Snac (without a K) and you would hang it from the back of your car seat. It has two thermoses and then a compartment in the middle for sandwiches. I guess it was made for road trips so you didn't have to stop the car to grab lunch!

I have that same plaid picnic tin! It's currently on my porch with some fake mums inside and it is just darling!

That plaid picnic set that you pictured is so cool---any ideas what was originally to hang from the hooks? I've never seen one like that before.

All cute stuff! I thought of you this weekend when I snagged a plaid vintage Scotch tape can at a garage sale! As kids we actually used to prank call (before caller ID) grocery stores and ask, "Do you have Sir Walter Raleigh in a can?". Ha! My Dad used to smoke it in his pipe. Wish I would've kept a can.... Anyway, nice job. I'm jelly of your goods, as always.

They always have this at the same time the Extravaganza is going on in Springfield, Ohio. We haven't ever made it due to the same weekend scheduling. This year we didnt make it to Ohio at all. *hangs head in shame*
