That to me is creative. Thanks for all the ideas!

I want to know, how can I keep fresh my lawn in this winter while heavy snowfall? Thanks in advance for giving me the information.

I did switch out a few things in the house this week and bought a $1.00 prayer plant on clearance today.

It's time for everything but my frogs to be put away. Maybe they can admire a pot of shamrocks for a while.

I've got a big .bouquet of red tulips for the crock, if I can remember where I put them at the end of last spring, and a large framed photo of Johnny jump ups to take the place of the pine cone wreath. i think you've got me inspired to get those items out and on display. But if it's snowing, or icy drizzling here again tomorrow, my good intentions may shrivel. This winter is starting to wear on me. I'm really in the mood to pick up some African violets or other blooming houseplants . Spring is very near. Mourning doves were calling today, and a nice big robin was singing in the tree today.

When I was a kid, it seemed like spring here came in March and was definitely here in April, but now we have a May/June arrival. So for me it feels too early to put spring decor out- what if I jinx it?? I finally got all my Christmas stuff back in the attic a month ago, but as I drive around I see that it has been too cold and snowy here for a lot of people to get their outside Christmas decorations taken down, which gives a confusing, deja-vu, endless winter feel. I really appreciate your tips for transitioning from Christmas to winter, then winter to spring outdoor and indoor decoration, and the tulip tip, because I will be treating myself to some soon!

It seems like winter has been particularly brutal up North this year!

You are welcome! I'm so ready for some spring color right about now, so I thought others might be as well!

All my winter stuff is put away...I thought about burning my "Let It Snow" signs, but into storage they went. Spring can be indoors anyway!
