For me, the Fourth Of July is all about the Red, White & Blue.

    Desserts, that is.

But just in case you are like me and wait until the last minute to plan your 4th of July desserts menu (and desserts really are the star of your Fourth Of July picnic), I thought I'd show you a few patriotic desserts that are both QUICK and EASY to make.

A collection of fun, festive and EASY patriotic desserts for your summer get togethers, picnics and parties!

And they all are super yummy and highly patriotic.

Of course, this only applies if you are in the U.S.A. If you are Canadian and celebrating Canada Day, then just skip the blue parts of the foods.

BTW, I also have a post with lots of patriotic cocktails, 4th Of July Cocktails: Light Up Your Summer Party With These All-American Drinks. There's a nice mixture of cocktails, shots, and some mocktails thrown in for the non-drinkers.

If you are interested in quick and easy decor ideas head on over to my post on 50+ Budget-Friendly DIY 4th Of July Decorations, Crafts and Recipes. Lots of inexpensive ways to decorate for the holiday!

Who wants to bet that I just buy an apple pie from the grocery store, slap it into my fancy star spangled pie pan and try to pass it off as homemade?

That's what Betsy Ross would have done.

With all those fireworks bursting in air, she wouldn't have had time to make a pie from scratch either.

I love that ice cream sandwich idea. I am setting the bar low consistently when it comes to stuff like this but this will make me look like I put some thought into it.
      I am eternally grateful.
